Order Processing. All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 48 hours after the order confirmation date.

 

Delivery Methods. We use ACS Courier for all shipping. Customers may choose between a Home Delivery or PickUp Delivery at one of ACS Courier’s service points. 

 

Time to Delivery. Depending on the Delivery Method selected, delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days.

 

Order Cancellation or Change. Orders that have been submitted for shipping cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to cancel or change your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via email at GemmaFemina@gmail.com. For cancelled orders for which payment has been made, we will offer a coupon of equal value (items value including delivery costs) that you can use in any future purchase. The coupon can only be used once and any unused amount cannot be transferred to a second purchase. For any changes made to an order for which payment has been made, then if the total amount of the revised order is lower than the original order we will offer a coupon with the remaining amount, otherwise when the total of the revised order is greater than that of the original order an additional payment will be required to be made.

 

Tracking my order. If your preferred Method of delivery is PickUP, you will receive a phone call and a text message from ACS Courier informing you that your order is ready for PickUP at the selected point of service. For Home Delivery, ACS Courier will attempt to deliver at your selected address of delivery. In the occasion of unsuccessful delivery you will receive information by ACS Courier about how you can collect your package via PickUP.

 

Return policy. We do not accept the return of an unused merchandise for store credit. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at gemmafemina@gmail.com. We will be happy to help you. 

 

Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address and mobile telephone number where we can reach you about PickUp and Home Delivery details. If you think your shipment is overly delayed, please let us know so that we can help.

 

Delivery Cost. The cost for a PickUp Delivery is €3 or a Home Delivery is €4. All deliveries for orders over €30 are free of charge.

International deliveries. Currently, we do not ship outside Cyprus.
